- There is no payment necessary, on your behalf whatsoever for any of the services we provide. No payments are gathered from the proprietors unless there is a refusal to accept credit cards when setting up their business.

 

HOW LONG IS THE INCORPORATION PROCESS?

 

- Incorporating a business may take as little as 1-5 business days depending on the underwriting and release of information and the workload of the state of Florida, when submitted.

 

I ALREADY HAVE A BUSINESS, CAN I RECOVER MY COSTS INITIALLY PAID TO FLORIDA?

 

- All reimbursements require the merchant processing package. Once complete the funds paid to the state for the stated fiscal year will be reimbursed. This does not include fines or penalties which may have been paid unto the state of Florida.
